Company Overview
We are a new and innovative CTV OS challenging the status quo by working with a market-leading OEM to provide content discovery for streaming platforms, as well as integrating FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV channels. We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.
Position Summary
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Advertising Solutions Lead – Media & Entertainment to define and develop advertising products and media plans that drive revenue across our agency agreements, as well as through content partnerships, including leading platforms like Netflix, Disney, and Amazon.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the heart of our advertising business - ideal for someone who excels at translating content and platform capabilities into actionable, revenue-driving advertising solutions. You will act as the connective tissue between Sales, Product, AdOps, and Content teams - owning the go-to-market packaging of our ad inventory, building compelling proposals and media plans, responding to briefs, and ensuring our sales teams are fully equipped to succeed. While not a direct seller, your work will be critical in shaping what we sell and how we sell it.
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Ad Product Strategy
- Define and develop innovative advertising products leveraging premium video and CTV inventory from key content partners.
- Translate platform and content capabilities into scalable, sellable ad solutions tailored to advertiser needs.
- Collaborate with Product and Content teams to understand upcoming opportunities and build proactive media strategies.
Sales Brief Response & Proposal Development
- Lead responses to advertiser briefs and RFPs—owning the end-to-end development of strategic proposals and media plans.
- Partner with Sales to understand client goals and craft customized, insight-driven solutions that meet campaign objectives.
- Maintain and update a library of templated packages and pricing strategies to enable faster turnaround.
Sales Enablement & Commercial Support
- Build high-impact sales materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, product sheets, and internal toolkits.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to Sales - clarifying product details, inventory availability, and campaign feasibility.
- Train and support commercial teams on new advertising offerings, GTM strategies, and partner-specific packages.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Product, AdOps, and Content to ensure alignment on what is being sold and how it is executed.
- Provide market feedback to inform ad product development and monetization strategy.
- Work closely with Marketing to support thought leadership, industry presence, and outbound GTM communications.
Revenue Impact & Performance Insight
- Help shape media packaging and pricing strategies that maximize yield and revenue opportunity.
- Use performance data (including platforms like Kochava) to inform proposal development and product iteration.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness of bespoke solutions and feed learnings back into future planning.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in media planning, advertising solutions, or B2B product marketing within digital media, streaming, or ad tech.
- Strong understanding of the CTV, video advertising, and programmatic landscape, with experience working alongside premium content providers & media agencies
- Proven ability to translate platform capabilities into commercial products and scalable advertising offerings.
- Exceptional skills in building sales materials and responding to advertiser briefs with creativity and clarity.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and AdOps to bring solutions to market. Deep familiarity with the advertiser ecosystem (brands, agencies, DSPs) and a strong commercial instinct.
- Analytical mindset; able to work with performance data tools like Kochava to optimize packaging and positioning.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, especially when conveying technical or content-specific opportunities to commercial teams.
