Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to support internal systems, devices, and the needs of employees across the organization. In this on-site role, you will collaborate with team members to enhance the employee experience by providing first- and second-level support, managing hardware, assisting with key systems and processes, and contributing to cybersecurity efforts. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to multiple areas of IT while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Ensuring seamless IT operations and improving our internal infrastructure are crucial to the business's success. As an integral member of the team, you will connect departments and provide the technology they need to perform at their best, ensuring any disruptions are minimized.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide first- and second-level support to employees, troubleshooting device and access issues, and escalating when necessary.
- Handle the full hardware lifecycle, including procurement, shipping, basic repairs, recovery, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the IT inventory system.
- Support and troubleshoot AV/VC solutions (e.g., Neat Zoom, Logitech, Yealink) to ensure smooth communication across the organization.
- Identify and resolve basic networking issues (wired and wireless), escalating complex problems when required.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by setting up devices and ensuring access to required tools and systems.
- Assist in maintaining a secure IT environment by supporting cybersecurity best practices-monitoring for risks, escalating incidents, and helping implement protective measures.
- Collaborate with team members to create and maintain clear documentation, guides, and process walkthroughs for supported tools and systems.
- Execute project tasks within the IT Security Workplace circle, ensuring compliance with security guidelines and contributing to ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and implement solutions that meet business objectives.

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT Helpdesk role, providing first- and second-level technical assistance.
- A strong customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as networking principles.
- Familiarity with AV/VC technologies (e.g., Neat, Zoom, Meet, Logitech, Yealink)
- Experience with routers, switches, wireless access points, and network troubleshooting
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Exposure to IT tools such as IDP, MDM, or SSO solutions (e.g., Okta, Jamf).
- Understanding of common IT security practices, able to spot potential issues, and enforce security guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks and enhance workflows is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communicator and fluent in English.
