Company Overview:

We are a new and innovative CTV OS challenging the status quo by working with a market leading OEM to provide content discovery for streaming platforms, as well as integrating FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV channels. We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our finance team. This pivotal role focuses on leading financial strategy, particularly around venture capital (VC) and growth equity rounds. Candidates with experience at one of the Big Four accounting firms will find this role particularly aligned to their skill set, offering an opportunity to apply their expertise in a high-growth, dynamic environment.

This is a unique chance for a finance professional with a strong foundation in auditing, transaction advisory, or financial consulting to leverage those experiences and play a critical role in our company’s global success.

Key Responsibilities:

• VC and Growth Equity Rounds: Lead the preparation and execution of fundraising activities, including developing pitch decks, financial models, and managing due diligence processes.
• Financial Strategy: Shape and execute financial strategies that support business scaling and global market entry.
• Big Four Advantage: Apply expertise gained from Big Four experience to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial processes, audits, and compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and internal teams, serving as the primary point of contact for financial discussions.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Transaction Management: Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and VC deals, leveraging Big Four-level rigor and precision.
• Global Operations: Provide financial leadership in scaling operations internationally, including risk management, compliance, and regulatory navigation.
• Reporting and Metrics: Present detailed financial reports and KPIs to internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in fundraising/M&A in Europe.
• Big Four Experience: 4+ years of experience at a Big Four firm in audit, transaction advisory, financial consulting, or a similar capacity, followed by a transition into corporate finance or investment.
• Experience in Tech, Ad Tech, and Media companies.
• VC/Growth Equity Expertise: Proven track record managing venture capital rounds, growth equity fundraising, or M&A activities.
• Global Perspective: Experience scaling companies internationally, including managing cross-border financial complexities.
• Financial Proficiency: Advanced skills in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting; proficiency with tools like Excel, Odoo, or other financial platforms.
• Investor Relations: Strong communication skills for engaging with investors, presenting data, and leading due diligence.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is strongly preferred.
